What a credit buys
Credits are one balance, spent by invite campaigns and by guest-list tickets past your free allowance. A campaign is charged when we approve it, for exactly the people it will reach — and any message that fails to send comes straight back to your balance.

Guest-list tickets past your free 10
A comped ticket costs what that ticket would have earned us in commission, and nothing more — so it follows your own prices. Worked out fresh each time you issue one. Tiers under ₹100.00 a head don’t count towards the average, and an event with no priced tickets costs the minimum of 400 credits.

The fine print
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A payment taken in error is refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Credits belong to your organization, not to one team member, and cannot be transferred.
- You get a GST tax invoice by email for every pack, and in your console.
- You confirm you have each contact’s consent when you add them, and anyone can unsubscribe from invite emails in one click. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
